RoydenBrault Inc. was established in 1999 by Laurent Auvray, BSc. Eng., drawing on extensive technical and executive experience gained with leading international engineering, construction, energy investment, and utility organizations.
For more than 25 years, RoydenBrault has provided integrated project management and project controls services for complex capital investments. Our experienced professionals, proven methodologies, and advanced management systems help clients maintain control of scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Since its establishment, RoydenBrault has contributed to more than 50 major projects worldwide, including 12 turnkey and EPC projects delivered across multiple continents through the complete lifecycle—from development and planning to execution, commissioning, and closeout.

Laurent is Metallurgical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in different functions of international business environment; oil & gas, Power (nuclear/conventional/renewable), construction and manufacturing sectors. He is experienced in mega scale projects of pipelines, refineries, oil terminals, power plants, airports, bridges, superstructures, substructures fabrication and erection. He was serving as Professional Controls and Management executive in the private sector.
James Maven is a project executive with more than 25 years of international experience in power generation, nuclear energy, refining, and critical infrastructure.
His experience includes the award-winning GE Bahrain ALBA Power Station 5 combined-cycle project, major nuclear refurbishment programs for Ontario Power Generation and Bruce Power in Canada, a pioneering G7 Small Modular Reactor initiative, and large-scale infrastructure programs in Texas.
Before joining RoydenBrault, James served as Projects Director for the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic, leading the development of four power plants with a combined capacity of 1,760 MW and an investment value of approximately US$2.5 billion.
At RoydenBrault, he leads program management and project controls across the Americas, helping clients strengthen governance, improve cost and schedule certainty, manage risk, and successfully deliver complex capital investments.
Ayhan is a geologist with 23 years of experience in the oil gas and geothermal industries. He is holding B.Sc. Geological Engineer and an MBA degree with continuing PhD. in International Relations. Before joining the RoydenBrault, he was providing consulting services on business development and contracting to the International Petroleum Companies.
